Walk-ins welcomed!
Our IT Help Desk is staffed by real humans, and students are encouraged to come to the IT Building to speak with them about their computer issues. Hours for walk-ins are M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The IT Help Desk support line (419-772-1111) is also available M-F from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on weekends from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Centrally located and accessible to everyone on campus, the IT building offers space for collaborative meetings and one-on-one tech support.
TECHNOLOGY RECOMMENDATIONS
The Office of Information Technology does not recommend a specific vendor for computer purchases. Both Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh systems are supported. However, the following minimum requirements should be met when purchasing a new computer. The College of Law and the College of Business Administration recommend a laptop.
Please install the latest operating system updates and anti-virus definitions before you arrive on campus.
